Primary Care

Along with our urgent care services, Family Care Medical Center
provides Primary Care for many insurance plans.  Our physicians
and physician assistants provide Primary Care for ages 18 years and
over.  Appointments are available for initial and annual physical
exams by appointment usually within 2-4 weeks.  Primary Care
appointment hours are flexible with openings evenings and on
weekends.

Along with providing convenient hours for scheduled appointments,
Family Care Medical Center provides on-site laboratory, EKG and
radiology services.  

Having been at the same location in the Springfield/East Longmeadow/

Hampden area for over 25 years, the staff at Family Care has established

a sound referral network for specialty care.  Our staff can arrange

consultations for many outside specialties such as Pulmonologists,

Cardiologists, Endocrinologist, Surgery etc., and obtain the proper prior

authorization from your insurance company.
